The content can be used via the Disney+ and Paramount+ apps or their websites. This requires prior activation.
blue SuperMax customers have received an e-mail with instructions on how to activate Disney+ and Paramount+.
As a blue SuperMax customer, you can activate the Disney+ and Paramount+ accounts via https://www.swisscom.ch/subhub/activate/SuperMax in Swisscom MySelection.
During the activation of the Disney+ or Paramount+ accounts, blue SuperMax customers enter their respective login details, which they can then use to access Disney+ or Paramount+.
The app is already pre-installed in the Apps section of the Swisscom blue TV set-top box
Once you have received your login details, you can watch Disney+ content in the Disney+ app or in the web browser at www.disneyplus.com.
On other devices, you will need to install the Disney+ app from the respective device's app store. You can find more information here: Support Disney+

Option 1: If you have already subscribed to Disney+ Standard or a cheaper Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Standard with adverts) directly with Disney+ using the same e-mail address, Disney+ will automatically pause your existing account after you place an order via your Swisscom account. You can then continue to use your new Disney+ account at Swisscom with the same login and password. After completing your registration with Disney+, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need to pause your existing subscription.
Option 2: If you have subscribed to a higher-value Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Premium) directly with Disney+ using the same e-mail address and switch to Disney+ Standard, which is included in SuperMax, you can cancel your existing Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ account settings. After completing your registration with Disney+, you will receive an e-mail with the relevant information. Option 3: If you have subscribed to Disney+ via an app provider (e.g. Apple, Google, etc.), you will receive an email with all the information you need to manage your existing subscription after completing your registration with Disney+.
Option 4: If you have subscribed to Disney+ directly with Disney+, but with a different e-mail address than your Swisscom account, you must cancel the Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ account settings.
If you bought your Paramount+ subscription directly from Swisscom, you don't need to do anything. Your existing Paramount+ account will automatically be transferred to the blue SuperMax package.
If the Paramount+ subscription was purchased from Paramount, you must cancel it yourself to avoid being billed multiple times.
