Sport
blue Sport is known for its concentrated sports and TV expertise. We offer our customers a diverse range of live sporting events and exclusive sports moments from the most important national and international football leagues. These include the Swiss Super League and the UEFA Champions League. Our team from the editorial offices in Volketswil and Granges-Paccot is responsible for this extensive reporting in three languages. Here, TV talents are promoted and supported in gaining a foothold in the TV business.
News
blue News is the Swiss news portal with the VIP pass to the world of sport and entertainment. blue News is the fourth largest news platform in Switzerland and provides quick and clear information about world events around the clock - always from a Swiss perspective. The football tickers, highlight videos and analyses of the most exciting national and European leagues make blue News indispensable for every football fan. We are also close to the action on Switzerland's biggest festival stages and deliver live concerts, star interviews or behind-the-scene stories directly to your mobile or laptop.
Cinema
blue Cinema operates cinemas in Bern, Biel, Lucerne, St.Gallen, Chur, Winterthur and Zurich. With around 85,000 screenings per year, we are the strongest cinema operator in German-speaking Switzerland. In addition to a wide range of films, the latest technology standards and a high level of comfort, we offer a broad entertainment infrastructure featuring bowling and sports bars. Our first-class service means that our visitors receive an unforgettable all-round cinema experience.
Fiction
Our Fiction offer means passion for the best entertainment with big cinema blockbusters, a variety of the latest series and high-quality documentaries. This comprehensive portfolio includes all linear and on-demand offerings in German, French and Italian. With our streaming products and our large range of films for sale and rent, we have the largest entertainment platform in Switzerland. In addition, blue Fiction is also responsible for blue TV’s third-party offers.
Marketing, Sales & Customer Care
The marketing activities comprise marketing for the implementation and management of campaigns and programme communication, sales with the management of sales channels as well as all activities throughout the customer life cycle. Our CRM team supports the business with targeted management and evaluation to ensure that well-founded decisions can be made. Our B2B departments look after blue’s distribution partners, market the advertising space within the blue products and also bring our programmes to bars and hotels.
Broadcast and Production Centre & IT
As centre of excellence, the Broadcasting and Production Centre (BPC) is not only responsible for comprehensive broadcasting operations, but also for the technical production of all broadcasting formats as well as for processing the on-demand store. From advance planning to broadcasting the finished (live) programmes on around 100 channels – at the BPC, the necessary work steps converge under the specific expertise of our staff. We look after the entire IT and cinema technology and thus make an essential contribution to blue’s overall success.

The Finance and HR departments are committed to creating an inspiring workplace culture and supporting the various business units within our company. We help to optimise corporate processes, sustainably develop the organisational structure, promote a pleasant environment and create the basis for efficient operational processes and strategically sound corporate decisions.
