Can I use blue Sport if I’m not a Swisscom customer?
You don’t have to be a Swisscom customer to use blue Sport. Click on «Order now», set up your login, order blue Sport and take out the free TV Air Free package. Then download the blue TV app and get started.
Where can I find the blue TV app?
You can download the blue TV app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The blue TV app can be used with any blue TV subscription – including blue TV Air and blue TV Air free. In addition, the blue Sport app is available on all of the major TV providers’ TV Boxes. With Swisscom blue TV, blue Sport is fully integrated in the Swisscom Box (not as an app).
Will the price also increase for existing customers?
No, the price for existing customers will remain the same.
How much will the Sport subscription cost if I buy it before 21st June 2023?
For all Sport subscriptions purchased up to and including 20 June 2023, the current price of CHF 29.90 will apply with a notice period of one month (after expiry of the minimum contractual term of 6 months).
If the price is increasing, will there be more content?
We believe that we can offer an attractive and diverse package at reasonable prices within our existing service offering.
From summer 2023, we will be showing 48 more matches than before due to the change of format in the Credit Suisse Super League.
At the end of 2022 we were also able to extend the rights for the European competitions (UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League) for a further three seasons from 2024, securing them for our customers for the long term. The number of matches will also increase for those, with a new format from the 2024 season. This will mean an extra 65 matches in the UCL and an extra 132 matches in the UEL/UECL.
Why is PPV being discontinued?
Interest in purchasing one-off events has waned in recent years. We have therefore decided to offer subscription-only packages in the future for product strategy reasons.
Our subscription models (especially the monthly subscription) provide sports fans with an attractive alternative that offers maximum freedom.
How can I terminate my subscription to blue Sport?
If you want to terminate your subscription to blue Sport, you can do so via My Swisscom in the Customer Center. Log in, select the «TV» tab under «Your products», click on «Change TV options», select the termination date and confirm.
*Offer applies to all new blue Sport customers. The package is free of charge for 30 days from the activation date. After that, the regular price (29.90/month) will be charged. Minimum contract duration is 6 months, notice period 1 month.
